WW Tracking pre points system
  • Have you considered creating a tracking for the "old" portion control ww diary? That is where the number of servings are tracked for Milk, Fat, Protein, Veg, Bread, Fruit etc. I found this approach to fit my weight loss best and it is simpler once you have mastered the estimation of calories. It would be nice to have on phone rather than paper chart
